The CCAZ Young Leaders group is for people
early in their careers who want more than
just showing up and doing their job. It’s a
way to meet others in the industry, learn
how things actually work, and start building
real connections that matter long term.
Whether you’re in the field, in the office, or
still figuring things out, this group helps you
get plugged in, grow your confidence, and gain
exposure to different sides of the industry so you can move forward faster.
Along with being part of all CCAZ events and programming, the Young Leaders group will host quarterly events just for its members. These are more laid back and focused on real conversations, giving you a chance to connect, learn something useful, and stay engaged with others who are on a similar path.
