CCAZ TECHNICAL COMMITTEE

CCAZ members can turn to our Technical Committee for practical help with technical questions, constructibility concerns, plan and specification conflicts, jobsite issues, and coordination challenges. The committee brings together experienced contractors and industry partners who understand how design decisions affect real-world construction.

Members can submit questions about sequencing, access, placement conditions, cracking, repairs, inspections, unclear requirements, trade coordination, and other difficult field conditions. The committee can review the information provided, offer contractor-focused input, recommend next steps, and help identify practical solutions that reduce rework and keep projects moving.

The Technical Committee will review your request, contact you if more information is needed, and determine the best way to assist.

Complete the form with details about the issue and upload any helpful drawings, specifications, photos, or reports.

HOW THE PROCESS WORKS

Support is available to current CCAZ member companies and may be requested by owners, project managers, estimators, superintendents, field leaders, or other authorized representatives. Please provide enough information to explain the issue, what has already been considered, and the outcome you are seeking.

Technical Committee feedback is advisory and does not replace direction from licensed professionals, legal counsel, contract administrators, or authorities having jurisdiction. The contractor and project team remain responsible for all project decisions, corrective actions, means and methods, and code compliance.
