MY WAY: A Strategic Success Framework for Construction Leaders

In partnership with the Arizona Masonry Council, CCAZ is hosting MY WAY, a leadership course led by Michael Crain of Predictive Wins and built for construction professionals who want to lead with clarity and follow through with consistency. The framework focuses on five core areas: Vision, Purpose, Reality, Grit, and Tools, giving attendees a straightforward way to close the gap between where they are today and where they want to go.

This session walks through how to define a clear vision, connect everyday work to a bigger purpose, and take an honest look at current performance across safety, communication, and results. It also focuses on staying disciplined when things get tough and using the right systems to support that, including accountability, communication, and operational tools that help teams perform at a higher level across Arizona’s concrete and masonry industries.
