In partnership with the Arizona Masonry Council, the Concrete Contractors Association of Arizona is proud to host MY WAY, a high-impact leadership course led by Michael Crain of Predictive Wins. Built specifically for construction professionals, this session is designed for leaders who want to sharpen their vision, strengthen team accountability, and create a clearer path from intention to execution.
Construction leadership requires more than technical knowledge. It takes clarity, discipline, communication, and the ability to keep teams moving forward when schedules are tight, conditions change, and pressure builds. MY WAY gives attendees a practical framework for doing exactly that. The course centers on five essential areas: Vision, Purpose, Reality, Grit, and Tools. Together, these principles help leaders define where they are going, understand why it matters, evaluate where they are today, stay disciplined through challenges, and build the systems needed to consistently perform at a higher level.
